It has been decided that Norfolk will now be moved from a D county to a C at the English Schools championships. This means that Norfolk will now be able to take a maximum number of 32 athletes to the English Schools athletics championships. As a C county 24 would be the maximum team size. Athletes will still have to achieve the qualifying performance.
The Norfolk Schools cross country will be at Wymondham College on Tuesday 20th January. The Anglian Schools cross country will be held at Northampton on Saturday 31st January.
The English Schools event will be at Sefton Park, Liverpool on Saturday 14th March.
The Norfolk Schools athletics champioships will be at Sportspark, Norwich on Saturday 13th June. The Anglian Schools match will be at Lynnsport, Kings Lynn on Saturday 20th June. The English Schools championships will be at the Alexander Stadium, Birmingham on 10th and 11th July.
